Not only do you have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle but you can have it repaired locally and we provide the same level of assurances as your insurance company, so you know you’re in good hands.
Provided your vehicle is economical to repair, we will:
• Manage the claim for you and work directly with your insurance company (including taking images and providing an estimate)
• Include a lifetime guarantee on all repair work (whilst you own the vehicle) *
• Use manufacturer parts where available (with no impact on warranty)
• Provide you with a courtesy car for the duration of repairs:
o This will typically be a small hatchback type vehicle (not like for like)
• Arrange collection of your vehicle if undriveable
• Return your vehicle to you cleaned inside and out
• Pay any additional excess if charged for not using the insurance companies own repairer †
